De jätteisopod, en medlem av släktet Bathynomus, är en av havets mest fascinerande djuphavsdjur. Dessa kräftdjur, som liknar överdimensionerade pillerbaggar, kan växa upp till 50 cm (20 tum) långa, vilket gör dem till ett utmärkt exempel på djuphavsgigantism.
Att leva i de kalla och mörka djupen av Atlanten, Stilla havet och Indiska oceanen, jättelika isopoder är asätareoch festar på döda valar, fiskar och bläckfiskar. my brother (who loves marine biology) absolutely loves it! I got the large size and it is genuinely a life size giant isopod. Quality is amazing, very soft, and most importantly anatomically correct! All 14 legs as well as mandibles and a correctly segmented carapace. Huge recommend
