Buying things online is weird. We get it. But here’s the truth:
Once a plush leaves us and enters your world—it’s yours. We don’t take them back unless something’s genuinely wrong.
Why?
Because these soft things are intimate. They touch faces, sleep in beds, get hugged by humans and occasionally judged by pets. We don’t resell them. We won’t pretend we can “sterilize” emotional attachment.
⚠️ But…
If your item arrives broken, defective, or suspiciously un-soft (and it’s not because you sat on it), let us know.
We’ll replace it. Free. No drama. No interrogation.
Just email us at support@softdaystoy.com with a photo and your order number. We’ll fix it. Quietly.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can cancel it. Full refund, no problem.
If it has shipped… it’s probably already somewhere between a warehouse and a postal abyss. Too late. Hug it when it arrives.
