Ihr hartes, segmentiertes Exoskelett schützt sie vor Fressfeinden, und wie ihre Verwandten, die Kellerasseln, können sie sich zur zusätzlichen Verteidigung zu einer Kugel zusammenrollen.
Mit über 14 Beinen , riesigen Facettenaugen und der ungewöhnlichen Fähigkeit, fünf Jahre ohne Nahrung zu überleben, sind Riesenasseln wahre Überlebenskünstler der Tiefe! my brother (who loves marine biology) absolutely loves it! I got the large size and it is genuinely a life size giant isopod. Quality is amazing, very soft, and most importantly anatomically correct! All 14 legs as well as mandibles and a correctly segmented carapace. Huge recommend
